Participants should make their own international travel arrangements to and from Jakarta.

Local secretariat will provide the shuttle service to and from hotel and to the venue based on secretariat schedule.

Participants use several choices of transportation from airport to hotel or return:

• Regular Blue Bird taxi at US$ 12 (one way transfer – incl. toll fee) We recommended participants only to use the official Blue Bird taxi, from the airport to hotel or from any other place. Participants could take this blue color taxi with the bird logo’s directly in the airport without reservation.
• Silver Bird Taxi at US$ 18.5 + 10% tax (one way transfer – incl. toll fee) Please inform university of Indonesia secretariat to book it together with your hotel reservation. Participants could also use this service without reservation because Hotel representatives will greet guests at the arrival gate bearing Four Seasons name tags and signage. The fee will be included in the room bill when check out.
• The Limousine Service (Mercedes Benz E 200) at US$ 46 + 10% tax (one way transfer – incl. toll fee) Please inform university of Indonesia secretariat to book it together with your hotel reservation. Participants could also use this service without reservation because Hotel representatives will greet guests at the arrival gate bearing Four Seasons name tags and signage. The fee will be included in the room bill when check out.
