Université Côte d’Azur has kindly arranged the logistics in Nice, France from June 17th to 20th, 2025. To participate, you are required to pay a conference fee of 200 euros

 

The fee includes participation in the Welcoming Dinner (17th of June), the Sessions (18th and 19th of June), two meals and four coffee breaks, an optional tour/trip (20th of June) and a conference kit.

We kindly advise all speakers and participants to register in advance in order to receive an early invitation/visa letter that will support the visa application process.

The registration fee is non-refundable

INVOICE
Université Côte d’Azur is unable to issue an official invoice. However, you may use the registration confirmation email you receive after submitting the registration form as a supporting document for administrative purposes.

RECEIPT
For payments made via Credit Card, PayPal, or PSE:
You will automatically receive a payment confirmation email from Weezevent after completing your payment. Université Côte d’Azur does not issue separate receipts for payments made through these methods. You may use the confirmation email as proof of payment for reimbursement at your university.

For payments made via bank transfer:
