Tatang Budie Utama Razak born in April 7, 1962. He graduated from the International Relations department at Padjadjaran University. He began his diplomatic career in 1992, initially serving as the head of foreign policy at the Indonesian Embassy in Paris, France. He was also assigned as the Permanent Representative of Indonesia to the United Nations in New York City, overseeing the information department under the Middle East Affairs and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). In 2006, he was appointed Deputy Ambassador at the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In 2010, he became the Director for the Protection of Indonesian Citizens and Indonesian Legal Entities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2014, he was appointed Indonesian Ambassador to Kuwait. In 2018, he was appointed as the Chief Secretary of BNP2TKI. On October 25, 2021, he was sworn in as the Indonesian Ambassador to Colombia, concurrently serving Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, and Saint Kitts and Nevis, by President Joko Widodo

María Susana Muhamad González born in April 21, 1977. She is a Colombian political scientist, environmentalist and politician belonging to the Colombia Humana party. Since August 7, 2022, she has held the position of Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development of her country, in the government of Gustavo Petro. She is a nationally and internationally recognized environmentalist. She was the Former Director for Climate Action Planning for Latin America in C40 director. Her work focuses on developing actions that allow Colombia to consolidate as a world power of life, through compliance with international agreements on climate change and loss of biodiversity, the protection of environmental defenders, and the fight against deforestation in the Amazon region
Adriana Soto Carreño

Adriana Soto Carreño is an economist graduated from the University of los Andes, with a diploma in Senior Government and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the same university. She has over 20 years of experience at the national and international levels in designing and managing environmental public policies and programs for greenhouse gas mitigation and climate change adaptation. Recently, she served as an associated researcher at Fedesarrollo for climate change and sustainable development areas. She has held positions such as Deputy Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development (2011-2013) and advisor to the Colombian Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology, and Environmental Studies (Ideam). She also served on the Board of the Climate Fund of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, where she led its financial structuring, and as a member of the Board of the Adaptation Fund, under the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

Riri Fitri Sari is a Professor of Computer Engineering at the Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia (UI). She graduated with a BSc in Electrical Engineering from UI. She gained a master’s in human resources management from the Atmajaya University Jakarta. Subsequently she completed her MSc degree in Software Systems and Parallel Processing from the Department of Computer Science, University of Sheffield, UK, funded by British Council Chevening Award. She holds a PhD in Computer Networks from the School of Computing, University of Leeds, UK. Her PhD research was on Active Networks-based Congestion Control Protocols. Since April 2010, she has been the Chairperson of UI GreenMetric Ranking of World Universities, a flagship program of the University of Indonesia to rank university worldwide based on their green campus and sustainability programs. Prof Riri Fitri Sari has also received an Honorary Professorship from Kazakh National Agrarian University (KAZNAU) in 2017 and many other research and lifetime achievement awards

Previously he is the Director of the Faculty of Urban and Regional Planning and currently leads research initiatives at UAEMéx. His research interests focus on environmental planning, with an emphasis on sustainable urban mobility and urban sustainability. He is the author of several books, including “Urbanization and Environmental Deterioration in Cancun, Quintana Roo” (2015), “Basic Guidelines for Integrating an Urban Mobility Plan in the Metropolitan Zone of Cancun (ZMC), Mexico” (2019), and “City and Environment” (2021).

Dr. Youssef Abou Jawdah

Dr. Youssef Abou Jawdah obtained a B.S. in Agriculture and an M.S. in Plant Protection from AUB. He was awarded a scholarship to continue his education in Belgium, where he received an M.S. in Phytiatrie Phtoharmacie and a Ph.D. in Agriculture with a specialization in Plant Pathology. Then, he joined AUB as an Adjunct Professor stationed in Saudi Arabia. He worked as an International Plant Protection Expert at FAO/UN for four years. Dr. Abou Jawdah then joined AUB as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Associate, Full and Tenured Professor, successively. He has taught several undergraduate and undergraduate courses and has served as a thesis advisor for over 50 students. He organized and participated in over 100 farmer workshops on IPM all over Lebanon. He was the official advisor for two ministers of agriculture. Dr. Abou Jawdeh has also served as a member of the Pesticide Committee for over 15 years, and he was appointed as head of the scientific committee on various occasions.
Dr. Abou Jawdah’s interests include integrated pest management, virology, improvement or development of diagnostic techniques for plant pathogens based on recombinant DNA technology, serology, and PCR, breeding for pathogen resistance and abiotic stress tolerance using marker-assisted selection, development of transgenic plants based on gene silencing (pathogen-derived resistance), host-pathogen interaction, and induced resistance. At present, he is actively working as PI on three grants: 1) LNCSR on the use of Local Beauveria isolate for managing greenhouse vegetable pests within an IPM strategy, 2) CFHF/UVM grant on the use of local strains of biocontrol agents, Phytoseilus persimilis and Amblyseius swirskii for management of thrips, whiteflies, and spider mites of greenhouse vegetables within an IPM strategy, 3) URB/EUPHRESCO on Molecular diagnosis and management of stone fruit Phytoplasma (AlmWB).
His expertise covers Integrated Pest Management, Integrated Crop Management, Sustainable Agricultural Development, Plant Pathology, Transgenic Plants and Gene Silencing, Host-Pathogen Interaction, Induced Resistance, and Virology.

Camilo Arturo Peraza Gonzalez serves as the Director of the Integrated Environmental Management System at Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas y Ambientales.
