International Travel and Local Transportation:

Nice is located in the south of France. There is one international airport – Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur.

 

From Nice Côte d’Azur airport:

By taxi: Taxis are available at the airport, Terminal 1 and 2 and offer a direct way to get to hotel or to Université Côte d’Azur. The trip takes around 35-40 minutes and may cost around 40 Euros depending on traffic and destination.

By Tramway: Line 2. Available at the airport, Terminal 1 and 2 and offer a direct way to get to hotel or to Université Côte d’Azur (Valrose Université stop) with a connection with Line 1 at Jean Médecin station. The trip takes around 40-45 minutes depending on destination and cost 1.70 Euros per journey.

By bus: Line 12. Available at Promenade des Anglais just in front of Terminal 1. It takes around 30 minutes to the city centre. Cost 1.70 Euros per journey.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Main Train Station:

By Tramway: Line 1. Available at Gare Thiers station. The trip takes around 5 minutes to Université Côte d’Azur (Valrose Université stop). Cost 1.70 Euros per journey plus the creation of the card directly at the Tram station if you do not use the Ligne d’Azur App.
